Coral world is one of Ziggy’s favorite places on St. Thomas. This past summer Ziggy, Zoe and Coco spent a day at Coral world with Auntie!
Here’s why it’s one of Ziggy’s top picks:
🐢 They enjoyed exploring the aquariums, outdoor pools filled with sea life, bird exhibit and marine exhibits that let kids (and adults!) walk up to turtles, sting rays, and nurse sharks.
🤲 Some of these are touch pools that allow safe touching of wildlife.
🐬 Though due to age Ziggy and friends were unable to partake in the interactive experiences of SNUBA, SeaTrek helmet walks, and swim-with-dolphin or sea lion encounters, they were excited to observe and have made plans to try these once they are older.
🌊 Coral World also educates visitors, giving children a chance to learn about the ocean, ecosystems and how we can care for our marine world.
🏖️ After leaving the park Ziggy, his family and friends spent time swimming and enjoying local food at the adjacent Coki Beach. The water is inviting and they enjoy feeding the fish as they swim!
